A Sixth Sense has been established in response to the increasing need to ensure productive workplaces, particularly now in times of generational change and economic uncertainty.

We enhance the Three P’s – productivity, performance and profit through employee assessment and training.

The aging population and resulting skills shortage also means the attention over the next decade will need to be on the upwardly mobile Generation Y. We need to effectively manage their role in the workplace in order to keep them engaged with the vision and values of your business.

It is our focus on the employee as a whole, our commitment to understanding both work and non-work related factors that impact productivity, and our specific and tailored assessment and development programs, that is our point of point of difference and our strength in the corporate world.

The ability to understand and align the values of an organisation with that of the employee is paramount to a successful and healthy workplace. It is through this higher understanding that positive company culture is created and a business moves towards employer of choice status.
