Can we participate in the 6S Program without doing the S6 Survey?
Yes but the success of any training program is dependent on establishing a desired outcome based on qualitative measured assessment. The 6S Survey measures employee productivity and highlights the areas requiring training support.
How is the 6S Survey conducted?
The 6S Survey is conducted online and delivers targeted questions in order to ascertain which areas of the organization require further attention. The survey consists of 40 questions, which may be comfortably completed in less than 20 minutes
Is the 6S Survey confidential?
Yes, the responses are confidential and are only identified by job function.
How are the 6S Survey results delivered?
Results are delivered as a report detailing the level of employee engagement and productivity in your organisation.
What is the cost?
The 6S Survey costs vary depending on the number of participants. We recommend all employees be encouraged to participate in order to deliver a comprehensive overview of workplace productivity.
May we participate in the 6S Survey and not the program?
Yes, the 6S Survey may be conducted and analysed independent of the 6S Program. It’s a great way to get an accurate snapshot of business strengths and areas that require further attention. However, we recommend that the 6S Program be seriously considered given it is tailored to deliver the solutions.
How long does the 6S Program run?
Practitioners are available for keynote presentations, half and full day as well as week-long workshops depending on your available time and resources. A Sixth Sense provides and recommends ongoing support for lasting results.
Is there a minimum and maximum number of participants for the 6S Program?
No. Presentations and training may be delivered to groups of any size. One-on-one training is also available.
Can the 6S Program be conducted at a venue of our choice?
Yes, you may choose where you would like the 6S Program to be facilitated however venue hire charges will be the responsibility of the client.
Can dates be changed?
Yes, dates may be changed with four weeks notice. Should you need to change Program dates within this time, an administration fee may be charged.
How many courses may we choose to do in the skills training?
Participants may partake in any number of courses that have been pre-selected and designed as part of the tailored human capital solution. Each course incurs a different charge.

Do the Gift Cards expire?
Yes, all gift cards and gift vouchers have an expiry date. The expiry date (which is listed on the back of your card) will differ for every retailer.

What will the recipient receive?
The recipient will receive a branded EFT card (similar to a debit card) for the retailer of the purchaser’s choice. The card will have the card number printed on the front. The back of the card will have printed the expiry date, gift card value, access PIN (to be entered into the EFTPOS terminal) under a scratch panel and the Terms and Conditions.
Where can I redeem my Gift Card?
Your gift card can be redeemed at any of your chosen retailer’s participating stores. To find your closest store, select the retailer and view the participating stores.
Can the gift card be ‘topped up’ with more dollar value?
No, the gift cards cannot be ‘topped- up’ or re-loaded.
