An Employee Assistance Program can help reduce the impact the issue has on the performance of your employees.

A Sixth Sense has aligned with a leading national EAP provider to offer a free, confidential and professional counseling service for your employees and their immediate family. Counselors are all registered psychologists, who have extensive training in counseling and workplace consulting.

Our EAP offers short-term, solution-focussed counseling. The counseling discussion is informal, friendly and focused on the employee’s needs. It can be either face-to-face or over the telephone, whichever is more convenient.

After counseling, the EAP counsellor may suggest the employee seek further assistance. If an employee chooses to take up a referral outside of our EAP, the employee is responsible for any costs that may apply. Where possible, referral is made to a service that is provided free of charge.
